Tymesha was an absolute gem! She was so friendly and willing to help us navigate. Tymesha remembered us each day and even had done some research on a question we had. Tymesha made our visit memorable.
I checked in March 21st informing front desk that I did not need two parking passes which I purchased with my room. I ended up only bringing one vehicle. They informed me to contact customer service and proceeded to check me in. After checking in I called customer and they told me they could no longer change anything because I checked in. That after checking in my room is locked and the front desk or manager need to fix it.
