WARNING. PLEASE DON’T STAY HERE!! Let me tell you what happened to me and my family. July 17, 2025 to July July 20, 2025 we were guest at Hampton Inn NoMa -Union Station 501 New York Ave. NE. Washington DC 20002. We paid for parking in the hotel garage and overnight some thugs came and vandalized our vehicle by rubbing and placing a carpet with very hard abrasive backing all over our car. The hotel just has debris and rolls of carpet just laying around amongst other things that can damage your vehicle. It really looks like a... read more
Never stay in this hotel!!! It’s almost 3:00 am and it’s impossible to sleep due to the noise from a pub or whatever is it. The breakfast is extremely bad with no variety and bad quality products. I also needed to buy water and both hotels run out of water. And by the way our original reservation was for the Homewood by Hilton but they told us the hotel was fully booked and made us check in on this hotel. Don't stay here!! Terrible customer service and the hotel is falling apart. The large wall sized mirror in my room fell off the wall at 6am on its own. It came crashing down and left glass everywhere and made a huge starting bang. I was told they can't do anything about it until maintenance comes to work after 9am. This was a hazard, there was glass all over the hallway and I had to get ready for my plans. So I had to hop over the glass back and forth to access the bathroom and leave my hotel room. Loved everything about this hotel but bed was uncomfortable. Wasn’t thick enough
I really loved staying at this hotel, first time visiting the DMV, very friendly and helpful staff, the breakfast was great, rooms were clean and tip top shape, the shuttle was great, dropped off at Union Station and walked about 10 minutes to capital hill and started my sightseeing so it saved quite some time, close proximity to a lot of things whether it was a 10-15 mins drive or walking distance, the only thing I did not like was the parking was not very organized at all, instead of paying for parking with the hotel and t... read more
