We arrived late, 10 pm, and the gal at the front desk was surly. She didn't smile once. She booked us into a dirty room at the very end of the hall. The bed was unmade and it had clearly been uncleaned after the last guest. She gave us a new room. The TV didn't work amd the shower didn't get above tepid, but otherwise it was clean amd comfortable. The hot breakfast was satisfactory and sufficient, and the morning gal at the desk was pleasant, hard working, and lovely
Manager needs to go. Charged my credit card after I checked out for damage to the room that I did not do. Would not return calls and had to resolve it through Credit card company. Check your credit card after you checkout for extra charges.
