Great hotel, great rooms, nicer than most of the hampton's we've stayed in before, but the rooms reeked of pot. We were on the non smoking wing of the top floor with small children. Went to the front desk to complain and they offered to give us wet towels to put under the door. Total fail hampton, your staff's couldn't-care-less attitude blew it for us. We absolutely will not stay at this location again. Total shame.
Outstanding hotel! I was immediately greeted by Jennifer with a smile and welcoming demeanor. The pictures I saw online don't do it justice. The room and common areas are very clean and nicely decorated. Also, we were the "Guests of the Day" so we were given a goodie bag. How thoughtful, right? Also, I've stayed at many hotels across the world and have never received the amount of care or customer service as I was here. It's a must stay if you're in the New York City area.
Clean, modern accommodations, helpful staff, shuttle to nearby train station, awesome breakfast included, gym and coffee 24/7 , nice indoor pool , quiet area with nearby resturants, close enough for quick trip to NYC , worth every penny ! Highly recommend ! Will use again ! Thank you for a nice relaxing stay ! :D
