The location was convenient, room was clean. The mattress was well worn though. Front desk staff seemed preoccupied - could use some backup and a friendlier disposition. Cleaning staff were super nice. For the price of the room, I would have expected a better breakfast. Those "eggs" were odd.

I don't think the staff cares very much if you return here or not. When I frequent hotels 4-5 days a week almost every week, I do expect some kind of consideration...
