Stay was fine but the customer service in trying to cancel my first night was very disappointing. The first person I spoke to for 20+ minutes couldn't help me because my room was booked under a room block. They tried to transfer me to the actual hotel and no one was available so I had to call back. Upon calling back I was told the sales manager made a decision to not allow cancellations even though it was well before the 24 hour Hilton policy. That call wasted 10 more minutes.
