Right next to the ballpark highly recommend room service slow and bad housekeeping left at hotel till they came ( granted we checked in early) overall great hotel

The location is excellent: convenient, central, and perfect for exploring Washington. But what really stood out was the exceptional level of customer service. The team handled everything with professionalism and genuine care, showing great flexibility and attention to individual needs.

A friend and myself stayed in this hotel on 6/25/25 for a Stray Kids Concert. When we arrived, they told us we had valet parking at $45. No parking available. They were not helpful at all suggesting someplace else to park. We ended up finding another place to park at $95. The hotel had 2 elevators and one was not working. The hotel was fully booked. We paid an outrageous amount for the hotel. Someone cancelled on 6/24/25 and we were able to get a room at a whopping $900 for the night. We only stayed because it was close to N... read more
