Recently, we stayed in room 103. We were in town for a business conference. The front desk and maintenance shared with us this room has issues with water pooling in the bathroom. For a 1.5 days we could not figure out how to turn on the shower without maintenance teaching us how to turn it on. We had already had the front desk come and try turning it on for us with no avail. Good
Horrible experience that’s dragged on for weeks now. We stayed in a room that did not have a working toilet or a working thermostat. It’s been two weeks since our stay and still haven’t received a call back from the manager. When I called Hilton customer service they were only willing to offer me 2,000 hilton honors points which is equivalent to $10. Do not stay at this hotel they don’t care about your experience.
I travel for work and I decided to stop here because they had good reviews. I only go to places with 4 stars and up.My room was nice and clean and customer service was great with Lindsey and Shayla they were kind and courteous They even laughed at my Rolls-Royce and Bentley joke. 🤣🤣
