Nice relaxing place to stay.
Not my best Hampton inn experience. I stay exclusively at Hilton properties when I travel. And Hampton Inns most of that. They're budget friendly, free breakfast, good rewards program, typically a good room. So let me explain my issues. 1) A/C - the air temp in the room never got below 74f the 2 nights I was there. They have a thermostat on the wall that runs nothing - not unusual. There is the separate unit in the wall and that where the air conditioning comes from. I set it on 70f the 1st night. Recently, we stayed in room 103. We were in town for a business conference. The front desk and maintenance shared with us this room has issues with water pooling in the bathroom. For a 1.5 days we could not figure out how to turn on the shower without maintenance teaching us how to turn it on. We had already had the front desk come and try turning it on for us with no avail. She stated she would turn it over to maintenance. When maintenance came, they stated they had to train the whole staff on how to turn the shower on for ... read more
