Quiet atmosphere. The hotel is located in a nice retail area, so there are lots of shopping and dining options within walking distance. My room was spacious and clean. The continental breakfast was quite good. The fitness room and pool area were nice and well stocked with clean towels. There is parking available for semi-trucks and RVs.
Location is great with plenty of di ing and shopping options near by. Service was great, staff was friendly, and the breakfast each morning had something for the whole family. The only downside to the trip was how uncomfortable the beds and pillows were. Its a small nitpick, but when you travel with kids, a good bed can make or break the trip.
I stayed here three nights last week for work. The room was very clean and breakfast was delicious. However, I was crushed when I got home and realized I had left my favorite Columbia pullover in the closet. I’d had this thing for 10-12 years. Carmen at the front desk was able to FIND IT AND SHIP IT to my house. Top tier service. Made my day :D
4th floor room floor created when walked on, door had gap at to that let light in , I think a fire hazard possibly. Room was clean and had necessities
