Everything was great. Only complaints are toilets are very low to the floor and key cards needed reactivated a lot.
Carmen has been the very best!!!! I needed to extend my stay. Both times she went over and above to make sure I was taken care of. When staying in Owasso, I will stay here!
Today is July 24th. Booked a stay here? Weeks ago through hotels.com. for 2 nights. Paid for a double room with 2 queens. Checked in. Was just a single room. One bed. Hotels.com sent wrong info. Not hotels fault. Hotels.com gave me run around for 1.5 hours. Finally Hampton fealt to bad they just gave me my original room and just ate the cost difference themselves. So nice of them and did not have to do it. Appreciate these guys. Will stay here again, will book through them next time. Never use Hotels.com again
