I checked in on the app. When I got to the desk and asked why I couldn’t get a digital key she said the system is broken. Room 220 smells of stale cigarette smoke. Old outdated hotel. Old musky carpet and drapes, old bed that the springs creek with every turn and very thin mattress. Small tv with Cox remote and unable to sign into any apps to watch Netflix. The old corded phone in the room is stained by cigarette smoke. This would be my last resort hotel in the future. I’m surprised Hilton allows the condition of this hotel ... read more
