We had an issue and Brittany helped us out. She was so friendly that it really helped when I was freaking out a little.
The GM WAS SO PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS HE COMPED A EOOM FOR ARE TROUBLES. This has been my hotels for years.
Normally stay here when coming to owasso, reported lukewarm temp twice for shower and also reported light going out over bathroom sink twice. No one ever fixed it. Stayed 3 nights.
Wood framing without concrete, and thin walls, means you can hear people in the rooms around you. I can feel it when someone walks or flushes in a nearby room. This is our first time in a Hampton when people could hear us well enough to ask management to quiet us down
Stayed there recently. Night auditor Rick was super kind and Brittany was very helpful with mailing me something my 9 year old left behind. Our daughter was soo excited to open the package Brittany returned to us. Will be our go to hotel when we visit family in Tulsa.
