We are from Texas. My cousin booked us to this hotel. We had funeral to going owasso, it was uncle/her and her brother father. Very nice and clean. Front desk lady I can't recall her name she was very helpful and polite and another front desk lady was very sweet too. We arrived September 24th little before 3pm. September 25 th Friday before leaving out, we had breakfast. It was best. Hotel room was outstanding. I called the night before to confirm an 8 a.m. early check-in and asked specifically if there was a fee. They told me there wasn’t. But when I arrived the next morning, a different receptionist rudely told me there was a $40 early check-in fee and that there was nothing she could do. I booked based on the information they gave me, so this felt misleading and unfair. If you’re looking to stay in Owasso, I’d strongly suggest looking at better options.

Everything was great. Only complaints are toilets are very low to the floor and key cards needed reactivated a lot.
