Zach at the front desk gave us truly excellent service. Thank you
Not real clean. Musty air in room. No way to let fresh air in. Shower was like warm only. Vent fan in bathroom doesn’t work. Stairwell was dirty. Parking good. Have had much better for the price. April, 2026. Room 420. PS : Desk said nobody available to check lack of hot water problem. Won’t be back.

We had a large group check-in and everything went extremely smoothly. Zach took great care of us. Everything was organized, efficient, and stress free after a long travel day. Really appreciated the professionalism and how easy he made the process.
The only negative is that there needs to be a side table on both sides of the beds. We had two queens and the only table was between the two beds
