I stayed at this hotel a year ago, and you could not pay me to return. My experience with Lupe at the front desk was completely unacceptable. I was traveling with a service animal, and she questioned me in a way I believed was inappropriate and inconsistent with service-animal requirements, including arguing with me about whether I should have to pay a pet fee. Our cousin made the reservation and we had a suite. It was so much room that we really enjoyed our stay. Thank you Eric! Our breakfast had a great variety of food choices. They also had to go breakfast bags at the front desk. I asked what they were and was told to take a couple as we were checking out. Thought about the pool or the hot tub but even that evening it was super hot.

Expect no working ice machines on any floor and a non working WiFi. It’s a skip rather than stay! Never again!

Super great experience, loved the special card and snacks in our room along with the towel animals on our bed. Made our anniversary and my birthday special. Thank you!
