Not a good experience. Needed to sleep in, but had housekeeping knock and open the door at 8:30am!! The same housekeeping that left multiple strands of black hair in the shower. I booked online and there was an option to pay $20 for parking. Figured it was a parking structure or something, but no, just a regular parking lot. DON’T waste your $20 bucks for regular parking.
Stayed here on 8/7 and the room, parking and breakfast were quite nice. Bridget was the utmost professional customer service representative and so kind and pleasant. The room and facilities were clean and the buffet breakfast was plentiful and scrumptious. A great place to stay when in the area. We had a great stay at the Hampton Suites Thousand Oaks, and I have to give a special shoutout to Kyra and Jeffrey at the front desk. They truly made our visit even sweeter! From their warm welcome to their thoughtful suggestions, they went above and beyond to make my family feel comfortable and cared for. Their kindness and hospitality left a lasting impression—thank you for making our stay extra special!
The room was clean and quiet, the staff was friendly and breakfast was great. The location is great with a neighborhood walmart right in the parking lot, but parking is $20 a night, when most hotels in the area offer complimentary parking.
Parking was $20 per night, which felt a bit steep. Other than that, our stay was great. The room was quiet and comfortable, with good blackout curtains and cold A/C. This is a lovely part of Thousand Oaks and a wonderful area in California
