Room decent. Floors were so sticky that feet and socks stuck right to it. Check out time is 11, housekeeping knocking on our door at 9 am.. I just looked at her, and said we are in here can I help you. She leaves and comes back an hour later, BUT THIS TIME SHE JUST LET HERSELF IN WITH US IN THE ROOM. I couldn’t believe what I was seeing. Booked a room 3 weeks in advance. Plenty of rooms to pick from at that time. Tried to check in early at 12:30 due to an event we had starting at 2pm & we could not get back for check in at 3pm. Spoke with a gentleman at 12:30 at the counter that looked up our reservation & stated we’re confirmed guests & that our room was currently being cleaned, he even verified my Hilton honors account. Advised him we had to leave for an event & he reassured me our room is confirmed & that they would not give it away. Mind you we are here ... read more
Room smells musty. Black mold in the bathroom ceiling. Rude front desk. Stay away
I want to start off this review by saying my only expectations from a hotel stay are feeling safe, a clean room, and a good night's rest. This hotel only met the safety expectation. The hotel room door was very difficult to open from the inside and outside but that made me feel safer...LOL! The room looked clean until I went to use the bathroom. The majority of the towels and washcloths had long hairs on them. The bathtub had long hair in it. The grab bar was rusty and I didn't feel comfortable holding on to it if I bathed. ... read more
