So you have to push up the door handle, not with this design. In what world would you operate a door handle the way they say but only if the front desk tells you. No signs to move it up. Second waited 20/30 minutes calling and ringing the bell before being helped. I understand a man has to use the restroom but then you better accomdate late arrivals better. Had a one night stay in the hotel cause work was longer then expected and upon arrival I felt our host was a little angry idk just the vibe was off but either way kept is pushing we got our rooms and after asking for water we only got one bottle and considering there was 4 of us just weird we said “can we get some waters” and just got 1 idk kept is pushing aswell got to the rooms, right of the room had a little of a smell couldn’t really point out what it was but kept pushing, one thing I will say is the bed man that thing s... read more

We had an outstanding experience here because of the front desk employee. Lori was great and very pleasant and gave us a great room! She knew what restaurants to recommend and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Thankyou Lori!
