What a particularly great Hampton Inn! The staff was lovely. Jeffrey (I believe his name was) went out of his way to help me and was such a fun welcoming face. The late night hot chocolate bar was so awesome and the breakfast bar had lovely selections. Our room was great too. Thanks Hilton! Stayed 12/4/25.

I’ve stayed at this hotel half a dozen times over the years with friends and family. It’s become our go to when we come to Tallahassee to go to FSU games or visiting. We’ve always had a good experience but this last time Jeffery went above and beyond for me. I was coming in late and had a discrepancy with my reservation and I never had a doubt my family including my 2 year old son would have a place to sleep that night. I was double charged the pet charge. I had to call to get it removed. I shouldn't have had to do that. When I called, a lady refunded exactly $75 to my card. I asked "But wasn't I charged taxes on that $75 in my room total?" She didn't understand my concern and talked down to me. I asked to speak to the general manager to get someone else to help me understand why I wasn't getting any of the taxes refunded.
