The front desk staff is incredibly rude and unhelpful. Blame the customer for everything I guess. Where is better service for the price it costs to stay a few hours at you hotel? Please also explain why Google finds this one first when searching Hampton inn & suites i10... Ridiculous, two terrible hotels in one city I'm sure the 3rd location is the same. I've stayed at dozens of Hampton inns across this country and never was the service as rude and unhelpful as the Talahasse locations.
Kaia is super sweet, such prime location - always my go to when in town! Great for college visits and party life if you're ever in Tally!
