This hotel has been my default choice when I stay every week on my business travel. Location is great, however what makes it special for me are the people who work here - Hightower is wonderful with her heart-felt smile and attention-to-details services, her smile warms my heart and light up my day every time! Fletcher and Austin always provide above and beyond services, thank you all!
I can’t say enough good things about this hotel! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. The check-in process was seamless and quick, and I instantly felt welcomed. Perfect location for FSU football games!
Everything about this place is great. The staff are friendly and very welcoming and helpful. The breakfast in the lobby is really good with eggs, waffles, yogurt, oatmeal and more. The only drawback is that it is VERY expensive! Especially, in FSU football season.
