We've stayed at a lot of great Hampton's. This one was basic and didn't live up to the high standards set by other ones. We had our do not disturb sign out until 12 and our room never got cleaned because we went "past the window" of cleaning time. You guys need to catch up to other Hampton Inn's across the country.
Always the same, great rooms, delicious breakfast buffet, beautiful pool and spa.
The general manager "Robert" is very rude and hard to deal with. I feel sorry for the employees and the people who deal with him in the future
