Very clean. Desk clerk was extremely friendly. Breakfast area was clean and food was good. Bed was comfy. Room was warm. What more could one ask.
Unfortunately the staff was rude and our boys "walked too loud" in the hallway at 3pm. Stayed for business. Classy not kiddo friendly.
I've stayed here on 5 occasions and have always been happy. Once my reservation was incorrect and the front desk manager quickly assigned me to another room. The hotel is clean and the staff are friendly. I recommend if you need a place to stay in St Cloud.
We had a lovely stay. The entire hotel was booked so lots of people to attend to, but despite that, all of the staff were friendly and courteous! The breakfast was great and the staff person did an excellent job keeping up with the crowd (in fact, I was going to tell her that but she was moving around so quickly that I never got a chance!).
