My husband had a reservation for tonight on gov rate. He came a day early. She asked for work orders which he didn’t have bc he is a contractor. She then asked him for his badge. He went and got his badge then she told him he couldn’t stay bc he didn’t have work orders? Why did she have him grab his badge to deny him again so loudly that people were looking at them. The big three for me: 1. Hospitality 2. Comfort 3. Price Yes, I've stayed at three different hotels in the Warwick area. The latest "Stay" was a winning trifecta! Yes, Manny and Nancy were outstanding staff members. On my way out of the Hampton, Nancy reminded me of my mom, "Do you have everything... did you check...?" Nancy, Nancy, Nancy, is all I have to say. This lovely woman has been so helpful during my stay here. I am very unfamiliar with the area and she has been immensely helpful. From helping with late checkouts to giving me advice on transportation in the area, she is so approachable and warm. Feels like she really cares about everybody that stays here. Also, this hotel is extremely close to the airport. It has walkable food places and is it a great location to stay! Highly recommend and try to speak with Nancy if you can!

Expecting be able to use pool. Nope its been closed for a year. Breakfast was ok dont think room service or maid service even came in. Had to get key card programmed twice the night we checked in and program didnt take until another person did it next morning. Breakfast is ok what do you expect for a place that doesnt have a formal kitchen

Most recent four night stay. No maid service, no fresh towels no service period. Worse yet I left an important personal item behind. I called repeatedly to be put on hold and forgotten. Don’t call for the manager that phone rings but never gets answered Do not stay here. This hotel is badly dated, parking lot has many very large potholes and landscape is not watered or cared for. This exterior should help you understand the interior conditions.
