Accidently, left a zippered pouch containing jewelry on September 2. Called on September 3rd. Front desk told me to call after 9:30. Frankly, I have been calling every day multiple times for days. Call immediately drops and doesn't go through. Tried from landlines as well, in case my number was blocked, no dice. They have shitty management diverting calls.

Really dangerous for single travelers, especially if you're a woman! Phone in the room didn't work and there was a huge fight happening with a couple outside in the hallway and we couldn't call for help with the room phone. No water available inside the room so bring a water bottle or you'll be dehydrated. Also no one was available at the front desk for check out and almost missed flight. And still no refund

Rooms are clean common area not so much. Snack area poorly stocked. Friendly staff. Great location for flying out of PVD.
