Unfortunately, I had a terrible experience at this hotel. Yesterday morning, while I was sitting on the bed, I saw a rat walking around the room and going behind the bed. I was in complete shock — I’m terrified of rats, and it was a traumatizing experience. I left the hotel immediately and had to book another one nearby because there was no way I could stay there, even though they offered to move me to another room. Worst Hampton Inn Experience Ever – Avoid at All Costs As a 10 year Hilton Diamond member, I have stayed at least 100 Hampton Inn's and this was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, the problems started: The Front door to the hotel didn’t work – a basic expectation for any hotel. I booked the property with my eyes wide open, after considering the reviews of this hotel & the others nearby (which all seemed to echo the same thing)- I felt this property was a better "gamble" over the Sonesta, BW, and Fairfield. In the end, Im happy with my pick of this hotel. And my stay was very satisfactory. Yah, the hotel is long in the teeth. Reasonable priced. Location is great if you're flying, otherwise no because you can hear the planes all day and night. I would recommend staying here but not on the first floor it was not quiet. I was given the option to pick my room, so it's not the hotels fault. I should have went higher. Free parking, free hot breakfast to start your day, and near the airport for a value price. Can't beat that.
