This location is desperately in need of funding to do renovations - I usually don’t do lengthy reviews but figured it might be worth pros vs cons to help future people make an informed decision. Perfect location close to TF Green Airport. Great stopover for early morning or delayed flights. This is used instead of a hotel shuttle so don't be put off that they do not have a shuttle. The hotel will provide a free Lyft ride to the airport. Friendly staff Stacy, Mannie and Mervins, always make you feel a welcome guest. Terrible customer service. I have been here many times and now this black man wants to say im not allowed in? He was completely unreasonable and rude. He stood up in my boyfriends face trying to intimidate him, when all we wanted to do was book a room. Never coming back again, I saw roaches all over the floor too
