Bed bug bites all over me when I woke up manager in housekeeping was horrible
Rooms are excellent and both Christie's at te front desk were just absolutely awesome to deal with!!
Hands down the place to stop off at when traveling along the tollway east coast to Midwest. The rooms are stocked with several WiFi routers, soft sheets, plump pillows, and comfortable beds. The staff at this location can make you to order almost anything you would like and if you want to grab a quick meal this location is surrounded by several top fast-food chains to soothe that late night snack attack. The gentleman with the championship from Robert Morris that we dealt with in Friday 1/23/2026 was 6 stars. Fantastic service. Room was very nice. Breakfast was good. Morning staff, didnt catch her name, but upon checkout seemed cold. We lost an item as we were leaving that was rather important. She seemed rather bothered when we called in on our way back to the hotel asking if anyone had seen it and if not to please be on the look out for it.
