I am impressed with their team. They are friendly, courteous and helpful, especially the young lady in the breakfast area. The room is spacious and the furnishings comfortable. The facility is clean and maintained other than expected wear and tear. I have one drawback but it is not under control of the Hampton. The traffic pattern is confusing, complicated and congested. Someone needs to seriously observe what happens in this area. That said, I anticipate I will return to this motel in future visits.

Clean has parking garage underneath. Good especially in winter.

I won't be staying here again with all of the hotel options in the area. The duvet cover was laid over a very grungy looking comforter that was off color. The road noise is very bad on the 3rd floor facing the highway. Pillows were lumpy and uncomfortable. I went down for water last night and there were 4 groups of people behind the desk trying to check themselves in because they waited over 20 minutes for a front desk attendant that was no where to be found.
