I’m writing to express my serious concerns about a recent stay at your hotel. I checked in via the app and selected my room 24 hours in advance, only to find upon arrival that the room assigned was not the one I had picked. More concerning, we reserved a room with two beds, but were given one bed instead. When we addressed this with the front desk, we were told the hotel was sold out. We stayed here on 8/7 and 8/8 and I have to say, I was very disappointed in this hotel. To start off, when we walked into our room, we sat down on the bed and noticed a couple of long black hairs on the bedding. That made us suspicious enough to go through the bedding on both queen beds and what we uncovered was at least 20 long black hairs combined on the beds. It seemed to us that housekeeping either missed our room (even though getting a notification from the app that our room was ready around 1215pm) or just didn't care ... read more

Nice hotel. Good breakfast. We were also able to leave our car for the week parked inside the garage and use there shuttle to the airport. No extra cost.
