Shower absolutely sucks
After a 7+ hour drive, I checked in only to get to my room to find out that the internet wasnt working - which includes the TV. I went down to lobby to find out if it was just me and was told, "Oh. Well we hope to have a technician tonight to fix it. Sorry about that." As a gold member, it would have been nice to have been offered some sort of compensation for the moderate inconvenience. The staff and the room were nice though. 🤷♂️
