Management: Turn on the Darn heat in the pool and clean it for goodness sake. My fourth time at this hotel for a lengthy stay and every flipping day the pool is cold, kids are crying because they want to swim and parents go in just as disappointed. Feathers, leaves, and bugs and bugs? C'mon. I know most hotels in Hawaii don't hear their pools because they don't have to but you have to! It's colder than usual and people.are vacationing. Nice warm breakfast. Water station and ice available all day! Right next to the Ka Makana Ali'i mall - Kapolei!! Always a friendly staff!!
Our family stayed several nights here on vacation. The staff were very nice and helpful, the room was clean and comfy, and the breakfast was great! Cool location with shopping, groceries, and lots of food options nearby. Only a 15 minute drive to Ko Olina beach lagoons.
Love that this property is near a mall.
