Extraordinary service.
Very welcoming, clean room. Breakfast just so-so. Decent location for North Charleston and Goose Creek. I had to edit this review to add that they are super honest folks there! After I wrote this review, I discovered that I had left some very expensive jewelry back at the hotel. I called, and the manager (?) there, Rich, personally went up to the room I had stayed in two days previously (!), retrieved the jewelry for me, and placed it in a safe until my relative could pick it up! Now THAT'S service! Thank you SOOO much!
Great location, great staff. We had a little mix up on dates, for a family affair in Charleston. Sherry at the front desk was absolutely amazing. Sherry found us a room and fulfilled all our needs. If it wasn't for Sherry the trip would of been a bust. Thank you again Sherry and Hampton inn.!!!!!
