Called to verify that they had the needed handicap accessible room. Drove 45 minute out of my way to get the needed room only to have the clerk say oops it's really a tub but should be fine. I needed a roll in shower. They never called me to tell me it wasn't available.and then referred me to a hotel that was sold out. I had no place to sleep with my disabled partner.so I had to drive through the night .
Called Muncie Hampton Inn and asked for a HANDICAPPED ROOM with a ROLL IN SHOWER. we were told it was available and we verified it TWICE. 45 Minutes and 35 miles later we are told that they DON'T HAVE THAT ROOM AVAILABLE and the one they have has a tub. When we complained he became condescending rudely. I've complained to corporate. 🤬🤬🤬
