Easy to get to, and being right next to a small plaza was great! The room was great, only complaint was the area where the shower and walls met the floor in the bathroom need a little more attention. Definitely not a deal breaker as the rest of the room was spotless! Front desk was super friendly and helpful.
This is a conveniently located hotel for WVU related sporting events. Breakfast is included and available starting at 6am which is useful depending on when your events start.
Don't know how this hotel has a 4.5 star rating. Our shower had no pressure and came out in a single stream. It was less than what came out of the faucet in the sink. There was also mold in the shower. Check-in agent was less than friendly. Rooms are on the shabby side, countertops are peeling off.
Everything was great with the exception of the floor. My feet were black from walking around the room. I had what I assume was hair stuck on my feet as well. It looked like someone got a haircut in the middle of the room and it never got vacuumed.
