This Hampton Inn was an excellent place to reserve a block of rooms for a wedding in Dana Point. The reservation process for our big group was made easy with Kristin & Summer. The front desk associates were true gems. Charlie, Audrey, Trish & Romina were so helpful and made all of our guests feel welcome throughout the long weekend. This maybe one of the Greatest hotel experiences ever for me ! And I 68 years old and have stayed in hundreds of hotels... Everything was perfect...
Stayed several times at this location, visiting family/friends. Clean and well maintained rooms, breakfast is standard hilton-chain faire (very good nearby breakfast place if you have more time). Staff has been helpful. Parking and freeway access is excellent. Some challenges, not much the facility can do. - Cellular/mobile coverage is weak at this site... maybe 1-2 bars - meetings with audio over facility wireless network fades every few minutes. Doesn't drop meeting, but audio cuts out, for a few seconds, every few minutes... read more
This is the best Hampton Inn & Suites that I’ve stayed at. This place is beautiful and pristine! The staff is friendly and helpful. They even messaged me about items left behind in our room to see if I wanted them shipped to me. I was very impressed at the level of customer service!
