This maybe one of the Greatest hotel experiences ever for me ! And I 68 years old and have stayed in hundreds of hotels... Everything was perfect...
Stayed several times at this location, visiting family/friends. Clean and well maintained rooms, breakfast is standard hilton-chain faire (very good nearby breakfast place if you have more time). Staff has been helpful. Parking and freeway access is excellent. Some challenges, not much the facility can do. - Cellular/mobile coverage is weak at this site... maybe 1-2 bars - meetings with audio over facility wireless network fades every few minutes. This is the best Hampton Inn & Suites that I’ve stayed at. This place is beautiful and pristine! The staff is friendly and helpful. They even messaged me about items left behind in our room to see if I wanted them shipped to me. I was very impressed at the level of customer service!
Easily one of the worst Hampton's I’ve been to, and I average over 300 nights a year in hotels. Front desk person “Bryant” has zero personality and outright lies about Hilton policies. Absolutely terrible on every level. Stay elsewhere; there’s nothing in this area and the lack of customer service is alarming. This guy is a complete zero; in fact, most of the staff isn't very welcoming or helpful. The irony is there's a sign in the lobby that reads "We aren't happy until you're happy." That must explain the misery this place... read more
