Room was dirty ( trash and food in cracks, under bed) , dried blood on a pillow case ( multiple spots). Carpets had multiple stains, some questionable, some terrifying. And the curtains didn't close in the middle ( large gap).

Overall decent stay. The woman at the front desk was so rude on the phone and in person. Called with a question, was asked to hold and she placed the phone down. 9 minutes 17 seconds and hung up the phone so called back and told her this. No apology nothing. Upon arrival same person was just rude and unhelpful. Hallways are freezing which is terrible coming from pool. Breakfast lady was so great and friendly. Shampoo was out but housekeeper brought one.

We discovered in the morning there was a dirty pillow ( blood mark). When I contacted the management, the issue was ignored. I asked for a refund as this is not acceptable and that was ignored. I've been a rewards member for years and frequently use Hampton Inn in our travels. I don't complain about anything unless it's important, and this was important, yet ignored. The location was convenient for visiting family but there are other hotels to use, so that's what we'll be doing.
