$259 a night and this is what our room looks like for cleanliness. I called down to the front desk. They said they’d have someone come and clean it while we went to our rehearsal dinner as we cannot shower as there is no shampoo or anything in our shower as we were told there would be it was completely empty. Their service was not too responsive. Asking for things took longer than me just getting it myself. Housekeeping and breakfast staff acted like my requests were interrupting them and putting them out.

I have stayed herev in the past and everything from receptionist to entire stay was very good. This time around reception was horrible. Walked in and receptionist on personal cell phone and took a bit to attend to us then her entire attitude and treatment was very rude and degrading. I really wanted to cancel reservation and go somewhere else but at this point it would of been another inconvinience.
