The front disk stuff is very disrespectful....
Been to hilton for a while. Overall Front desk service HORRIBLE While this location has good reviews it important to know that parking is not complementary, there's a 50 dollars daily fee. The worst part and that I been trying to get in contact with them at night time and there’s no luck for the front desk to answer, I also called at 9pm yesterday for towels and the lady said " I have to ask my manager if i can give you towels " then proceeds to put me on hold without letting me know, so we waited for a while, we left to a c... read more
Called so many times and noone answered. Parking it's NOT free. Heavy traffic.
