Rooms are comfortable and appear to have been recently updated. Service was always pleasant and professional. Location is surrounded by a lot of options if you're unfamiliar with the area, but is about 30min from downtown Memphis if you're looking to spend time down on Beale St.
Had a nice stay at Hampton Inn. Very neat, clean room. Friendly hotel staff. Very good breakfast. The cleaning staff were so nice, efficient and friendly. Good safe place to stay. Thank you!
Older hotel but very nice condition. Staff was very accommodating.
I don't recall Hampton having such weak coffee and hard beds. One of the two elevators plus the third floor hall smelled of marijuana. Our first room smelled incredibly strongly of citrus disinfectant. We changed rooms to a different floor, but the new one smelled just as strongly. I've never changed hotel rooms due to scent, but this was almost overwhelming. We were too exhausted from driving all day to change hotels, so we stayed.
