I originally gave a mediocre review because of the poor internet speeds. I can say that they have upgraded their internet service and it is great. Now I have no complaints.
Cedric checked us in, and he was nothing short of amazing! I made a mistake booking through Expedia and he took his time and patiently and thoroughly fixed it. The front desk experience was the best thing about this place, but the room was clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed. Can’t beat that. We do a lot of AirBnBing but I think Hampton Inn is winning us over for our top choice of place to stay. Thanks Cedric!
This place was pretty much a dump. Someone from the franchise needs to check it out and bring it up to snuff. Rooms not particularly clean, need updating, stuffy, smelly, just in poor repair overall.
We were greeted as we walked in the door. The room was clean. The shower had great pressure. The beds and pillows were comfy. We had a suite so there were two thermostats. For all you Diamond level, there was a parking spot right at the front door.
