It Is The Small Things That Matter!! This place is a must stay. The rooms were exceptional. The decor was well done, the breakfast was superb. Who has Berry Waffles for their breakfast? The ones that want to make an impression. Very nice!!
Excellent service (pool, ice, cleaness) in a perfect place at Memphis Germantown Galleria
When I checked in, the lady in the front looked at my card and made comment that I must be “so fancy” and then purposely placed my room in the last one by the exit door. Extremely rude and inappropriate, I am a young woman by myself, this was also a safety hazard. There was constant noise from the exit door slamming and the laundry room. The gym had roaches.
