One of the pillows have very bad yellow stain tooks pillow to front desk they really did not do much. All they said that they will tell general manager. I would not stay here again.

A little far out from downtown but nice hotel. A little pricey but breakfast was always good and server was attentive. We booked 5 rooms and they wanted to put our suite on another floor. Only when we told them we have 5 rooms did a suite magically appear on the same floor. We liked it that they gave us 2 adjoining rooms so it was easy to borrow next door's ironing board coz our handicap room had a broken one.

I would have given 5 stars but the 2nd day the lady at the desk had gone up and complained about my autistic son making too much noise. She was pretty rude. On the other hand William was wonderful on helping me solve a problem on staying another day. He listened and was very pleasant. If only everyone could be that helpful. The rooms were nice and spacious. Very clean and the beds were super comfortable.
