Rooms are very clean and super spacious, larger than most in the area. The King size bed was not comfortable at all! So not the norm for a "Hilton". We can feel the springs / coils. We will try one more night, and if I can't take it, then we'll ask for another room. Aside from that, I would have given 5 Stars
Check in was easy, room was clean and tidy. Our AC made a weird ringing sound but wasn’t loud enough to bother us. Breakfast is available from 6am-10pm and their coffee bar is available 24/7. They offer lemon cucumber water in the lobby and it was really good. The amenities offered match the price, so I think my stay was definitely worth it. Staff is very friendly too. There’s a 7/11 right across the street so it was super convenient for any snacks you might want.
Ketxaly Maldonado provided kind customer service during my visit. She kindly stepped away from her lunch break , and rushed ,to ensure I was checked in ,I truly appreciated her willingness to help me, She is warm, professional, and genuinely cares about every guest. What stood out most was the way she greeted everyone with a sincere smile and made each person feel welcome.
