Mason and Haley were wonderful through all our stay. So accommodating and great fun! Would recommend the Hampton Suites for anyone visiting Knoxville, Great People 😀

Extremely close to the childrens hospital and has a special rate for hospital visitors.
Good location, great staff. Rooms by the road are very noisy and church bell across the street starts ringing at 8:00 (not ideal for late sleepers). They provide earplugs in the room, which was welcomed. Would stay again, but parking lot side.
Hotel is clean and the breakfast spread each morning was great. Love the location. I got my steps in every day exploring! Only thing we really had an issue with is the noise in the room we were in. Garbage truck at 5:30am banging around dumpsters multiple mornings and street racers in the middle of the night on main/henley st. Otherwise it’s a great place with great service!
