We really liked the location of this hotel - seemed to be in a safe area with a lot of shopping and restaurants around. Checking in was easy and they gave us bottled waters when we arrived. Most of the room was clean. There were a few things that would keep us from staying here again. We booked a room with a king bed and pull out sofa - even though the room had an occupancy of 4 there were only 2 bath towels and enough pillows for 2 people - we found it strange that we had to call and ask for items that should already be inc... read more

Husband and I, but a little hesitant going for this reservation because there weren't too many reviews online, but we realized it's because the hotel was new. Had a really pleasant stay at the hotel. Bedding and everything was comfortable. Everything was really clean and well maintained and aesthetic as well. Unpleasant experience would not recommend hotel. Rude staff. Management must not be great at this location. Seemed like a nice hotel from the pictures but defiantly not. Lack of customer focus based on staff attitude. Update You are correct because you would not provide the connecting room that was book. Then took 100,000 points used for one room and charged $200 for the other. Radell Green is completely out of touch with hospitality.
