Our flight arrived earlier than expected, so we contacted the front desk. Kayla went above and beyond to meet our needs! She was extremely helpful, polite and professional! Hotel was clean and conveniently located. Highly recommend!
Disappointing. You could hear the elevator going up & down all morning which is rough when your flight is delayed & you get in late. The breakfast was sad. No meat. Runny eggs & only one waffle maker. The skimpiest breakfast I have ever seen at a Hampton. We pay for breakfast as a part of the room rate. It should be better. We were told when we arrived at check-in that the airport shuttle leaves every half hour. We went to the front desk at 9:23 am & were told it left early & that the next shuttle left at 10 am. Got in late so not much interaction with anyone. Digital room key didn't work. Breakfast was ok. You could tell the bathrooms in the rooms had been remodeled. Close to the airport.
