Gerald, Johanna, Lourdes, & Homeo went out of their way to ensure that our rooms, hospitality room & brunch room were setup exactly the way we needed & wanted. They are outstanding employees & a great representation of the Hampton Inn.

We were in Houston for Supercross at Reliant/NRG Stadium. The Hotel was great, as well as the staff. We will stay there again next year.
The hotel was really nice and conventienly located next to a Denny's. Breakfast was good. The pool was very nice. It was about 10 miles from everything we wanted to do.
Excellent hotel of this class. New property and kept extremely clean. The front desk staff was very friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable of the area. Our stay was a week long and my co-works nor I had any complaints and never needed to call the front desk during our stay in town. I personally had the pleasure of staying in the King suite with a kitchen, which was very enjoyable and useful when I didn’t feel like eating out. Very nice. New style with updated fixtures. Hotel looked more like a Hilton inside. This hotel was very comfortable. Also, I usually request the top floor- so I do not hear people above me.
A great location with easy access to downtown Houston. The customer service is excellent and the rooms are the best in the market. The rooms are large with enough space for business meetings. If you have a family and need a bed for the kids, the couch has a let out bed as well. Travel by taxi is easy and available with just a phone call and 20 minutes notice. Strongly recommended.
