We enjoyed our extended stay during the busy Christmas week. The staff was very friendly and responsive, especially during the complimentary breakfast. The hotel was very quiet, even though it is in close proximity to a major highway into Houston. All areas of the hotel were very clean and well maintained.

This hotel was very clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the complimentary breakfast was very good. The furnishings in the room were new and everything was very clean. It had a refrigerator and coffee maker, as well as internet. We had no problems whatsoever in our 3-night stay.

Wife and I spent three weeknights and found the quality of the facilities and responsiveness of the staff was well above average. Location was central with easy access to I-10 and the 410 loop. We will definitely look to this hotel on our return visits to the Houston area when visiting family.

I was in Houston for an event at ST Thomas University, in the Montrose section of the city. There were Hiltons closer but the price + parking fees had me look a little further away. I had booked the Galleria location originally but noticed this hotel the day before. Couldn't beat the price and free parking. Great place, very good staff and good value. The only thing I would suggest is to not use a central reservation line but call the hotel directly. Breakfast was okay, internet was very good and all staff were very helpful and nice. Take a room away from the freeway as the noise could be challenging unless that does not bother you.

Pleasant staff, very friendly and accommodating. My room was very comfortable, clean, and the mattress was awesome. I highly recommend this hotel. The wi-fi was fast, I even streamed a few videos and no problem with buffering.

This hotel was recommended by an event director in the Washington Avenue Arts District. I have never visited Houston. The hotel is very convenient to I-10, and even though my room window faced the freeway, I did not find the traffic disturbing while at my work desk or while sleeping. I did not have a rental car for a portion of my stay. Taking Uber to downtown (Museum District, Rice Village) and to the airport (Houston Hobby) was very reasonably priced. The staff was extremely helpful and polite. The room was really nice. Close to work. Since we drive a hour and half one way to work. Its nice to stop really close to work to get a good nights sleep, and not have to fight Houston traffic.
