I'm never disappointed when staying at an Hampton Inn, this location off of I-10 is a hidden gem. The hotel is secure, has an elegant appearance both in and out. The rooms look and smell brand new. I was pleased to see a gated parking area with key card access. The staff are extremely pleasant and greet you with a smile. Do not hesitate to stay at this Hampton Inn, you get your money's worth.

This Hampton on I-10 seems newer. My room was large, comfortable and clean. The desk gave me plenty of space to work. In fact, even though my suite was facing I-10, I couldn't hear traffic noise even during rush hour. Staff was attentive and friendly. It is in a good location for doing business in/near central Houston.

Great stay - hotel was clean as always. Exceptional staff, including Desiree at the front desk for my check in. She upgraded my room when my chosen room wasn't ready, and she placed in the best possible location in the hotel. This was an extended stay for me and the experience was exceptional from beginning to end.

It had everything my BF and I were looking for. FREE Parking, FREE Breakfast, FREE WiFi! In world where you have to pay more and given less, Hampton Inn Houston I-10/Central was a refreshing reminder you can still get an excellent deal and feel you received way more than you paid for. The staff was very professional and helpful. The room was very clean. Heated pool. Bed was so comfortable I almost didn't get up for my meeting! The free wifi in room was a big help. And the breakfast was a real breakfast everything just made this business trip more like a vacation.

Great location and quality for the price! Clean, comfortable, very helpful staff. It is right on I-10 with a railway in the back, but neither was a big problem for us. Easy access to/from the highway. Great breakfast also!

I stayed here for just one night and it was very pleasant. As soon as I walked in, I was welcomed by the sweetest person at the front desk and she helped me check-in quickly and made sure all reservations and accommodations were in perfect order. Rooms are very clean and a decent size, beds were comfy, a/c works great, and I loved the cute post-it notes on the bed frame even though they were just a generic welcome message. While getting to the hotel was a bit of a challenge due to it's location, the hotel itself was a good experience. The check in was easy and fast, the room was clean and the AC worked almost too well. The wi-fi was free and speedy. Breakfast was a good selection and plenty of it. If I was to be in Houston again I would try to stay at this Hampton again.

The stay was excellent, the staff accommodated my needs consistently and were always responsive to my requests. the room was exactly what i wanted or more. I used the internet service and the friendly breakfast room and the food was very good. The check in and check out services was very friendly and helpful.
