Extremely disappointed with Hampton inn. We’ve always used Hilton and we’re shocked as to how we were treated. We booked and paid in full for a River view room. We check in on our app and arrive to our assigned room, only to find our room faces the freeway. We all looked at each other confused as we were expecting the River, not the freeway. We go downstairs to the front desk only for the front desk to say sorry nothing to be done because the hotel is fully booked. What irritated us the most was no apology or notification or... read more
