Be careful they are greedy and unforgiving! Went online to book a room for a specific day lets say it was for the 28th. But the day I was online was the 20th. The booking accidently got made for the 20th instead of the 28th. Which I had changed the date so im unsure how it changed back but thats not the point. They could see that the room was booked canceled and rebooked for the 28th. They charged ful price for the room on the 20th and the 28th!! Despite it obviously being a mistake. Don't do business with people like this.
This hotel was a nice hotel to stay in! It was super clean, and the staff were very accommodating! I had come up for my best friend's funeral, and this place was a great place to stay for the trip. The staff were so nice and answered all of the questions I had! Would stay again if I'm ever in the Forest City area, and would recommend to people as well!
Best customer service best housekeeping best maintenance there were no problems at that hotel I would recommend it to anyone and everyone it is a great place to stay great food love that
