This Hampton is absolutely AMAZING! We stay at a lot of hotels and this is probably the BEST we've ever stayed at. The rooms are impeccably clean. The staff is very friendly especially Joel who checked us in. And, its so beautiful in the main lobby area. We will definitely be back if we visit Charleston again!
The asst.gm and the general manager maintain a certain standard they are super awesome and very on point with what hilton is about,and they help with my concerns and was very caring,outstanding leadership.the night auditor,she is awesome too .i will defintley come back because of them.thank you again for your outstanding caring and leadership.asst.gm is a awesome guy and is second to none at his position.credited to the gm.thank you again.
Our shower was broken so they gave us a new room with later checkout.
This is a great hotel. Probably the best free breakfast we’ve had at any hotel. The hotel room was spacious and clean. The whole hotel smelled nice as soon as you walked in. Staff was very accommodating. If we are ever in the area again, we will definitely be back.
