Associate Kayla was most helpful in providing my request when 2 others could not. All the staff is friendly and attentive. 13 day stay and was greeted genuinely every time walked in or out.
Super easy location...just a quick trip from the airport to the hotel and from the hotel to the base. The room was clean and comfortable with ice-cold AC, a hot shower, and a tasty breakfast to start the day. What really stood out was the customer service...everyone from check-in to check-out was outstanding, and the shuttle driver went above and beyond. Highly recommend this hotel!
Rude staff. The front desk gold-toothed lady had a very unwelcoming attitude and seemed angry at doing her job. She couldn't even look me in the eyes.
