Very nice hotel, close to a few decent dining options, free shuttle from the airport to the hotel, shuttle to Port of miami is $14 per person and is cash only.
Horrible first experience with the airport shuttle... Will not be returning as it stands now...
Stay here for one night before our cruise out of Miami and it was a lovely place to stay! I did not get the room that I had originally reserved but the front desk was able to accommodate us anyway and make our accommodations comfortable and they even offered two free shuttle rides to the cruise port for the inconvenience. We enjoyed hanging out on the patio area in the hot tub but the pool water was way too cold to get in! Breakfast in the morning was good and our shuttle driver was prompt and helpful with luggage. Excellent hotel. Very friendly staff. Came to Miami for a cruise and booked the shuttle to the port. Got in early and instead of making us wait, they gave us a room that was ready and let us go settle in so we could get ready for dinner. Highly recommend!
