Nice room
I was welcomed by Rowena. She was very lovely at the front desk, she was very informative. My room was very clean, very quiet. The morning breakfast was great, with a very large choice of options. Great location around local gas stations, Tim Hortons, and entertainment. I recommend this hotel. Thanks for the great stay! -S
The refund and cancellation policy is pathetic.No other hotel has ever charged me an additional fee after checkout but they did, saying Expedia didn't pay all the taxes lol
We booked this hotel for a hockey tournament. While I didn't seem to have any issues, some of our families did. Check in time was 4pm, a few families didn't get rooms until 530pm, and one room was double booked. One family found out their room was double booked when the 15 year old girl walked into her room and a strange man was standing there. Note: do not use the pre check in email option the send you! It was sorted with head office, but should have never happened. Staff was friendly, rooms were clean.
