I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything was spotless—the rooms were clean and well-kept, which made for a really comfortable experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. Breakfast each morning was delicious and served hot, with a great variety to choose from. Overall, the service was excellent, and I truly felt taken care of. I would absolutely love to come back again!

Had a wonderful stay for the value! I stayed in one of the studio suites and was impressed by the overall cleanliness. The bed also seemed to be a brand new one which was pleasant. In addition, the front desk representatives were some of the most welcoming staff I have dealt with! I look forward to another stay at the Hampton Inn when I visit Lethbridge again!
I don’t usually leave reviews, but I had to for this place. Check-in and check-out were quick and smooth. The room was super clean, the bed crazy comfy. Awesome breakfast and coffee at the hotel, then a quick walk to Tim Hortons for round two (because, well, one cup just isn’t enough). Plus, having some convenience stores nearby made everything simple. The staff were genuinely nice—always saying hi and happy to help. For sure staying here again next time I’m in town.
I stayed in their hotel from July 30-31 (1 Night). We arrived at around 6:00pm July 30th. The day we were leaving July 31st in the the morning my girlfriend found a beetle (vine weevil) in the the washroom, I also later proceeded to find another beetle on the bed. When we found these beetles, we took pictures of the beetle, killed them and flushed them down the toilet, as this would be our nature response.
