PET FEE IS $75!!!!! Any other hotel is $25, Bogdan's Dog resort is $40. Good to know ahead of arriving. The hotel is consistent with Hampton breakfast, aesthetics, etc.
We were planning on staying at the Hamptons Inn & Suites in Lethbridge. Our plans were cancelled last second due to circumstances out of our control. The hotel charged our card the day before and refused to refund or credit us for the rooms we had reserved. The customer service we received was very lacking. I will definitely be using other hotels/resorts as I can find comparable rooms/rates elsewhere that have significantly better customer service.
I give 3 stars because the common areas were fine and met the usual Hampton Inn standards clean, functional, and well maintained. However, the rooms felt very outdated and clearly below expectations for this brand. Furniture, décor, and overall condition need a serious refresh. With a proper renovation, this hotel could significantly improve the guest experience and better align with Hampton Inn’s typical quality.
No pool or water slide. This was the only reason we booked there, traveling with two excited kids only to be let down cause it's closed with no prior notice given or message on website. When we enquired to cancel so we can go to a ace with a pool and slide they said we would be charged anyways. How fair is this they can't deliver on a promised amenity yet they hold you hostage to staying here. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS
Not pleased at all. I have stayed here multiple times and it was good. I chose a specific room, but accidentally used a third party booking agent this time because when I searched online their site came up and it looks exactly like the Hampton Inn site. That's on me. But we chose a specific room that was oversized. We did not get the room we paid extra for. We got put into a standard room.
