Stayed here for 3 nights. Over 800$ and the a/c wasn't working in our room as well as the toilet wouldn't stop running. Nothing was done about this nor was a credit issued... not impressed. I will be calling higher management about this as MANI wouldn't do a single thing.
Nice and clean hotel. Local to shops and plenty of restaurant options. Aman, I think that is her name, the morning front desk agent is too friendly and helpful. Provided us with maps and highlighted local attractions and areas to visit.
We were greeted kindly and professionally and treated well with our special circumstances. Kids loved the pool and slide. Great breakfast with good variety of food. Great restaurants and stores nearby. Clean and comfortable rooms and beds, workout room and more. Would stay again.
This was a surprise visit, hotel was clean and everyone was so friendly. Pool was amazing! Kids loved it. Thanks for the home away from home! Breakfast was amazing too!
Staff are nice. Location is fine - right by highway and shopping. First floor / lobby are nice. Issue is that the place is showing its age. Wallpaper has marks and scuffs. Elevator floor is filthy. Room is okay. Dated. Clean enough. But old and uncomfortable furniture. Even the Hampton Inn linens aren’t what I’ve experienced in the past. Too bad because I’m usually thrilled with Hampton Inn. If want this area, I’d suggest some of the newer hotels.
