The service was ok, front desk staff was friendly and helpful. However, they didn’t have cribs available and the breakfast lady was very rude when I asked if service was closed. This hotel is super noisy, I heard the train and highway traffic all night long. Otherwise, clean and big rooms. Convenient for a one night stay in our case.

This has to be the worst Hampton Inn I have stayed at! When I checked in at the counter, the lady didn't even acknowledge me because she was too busy smacking on her gum (06July25)! When I said "hello" she was friendly, but this is not what I am accustomed to. When we got to our room, you could tell it was not thoroughly clean! Trash and dust had built up in the corners, near the sink, and there was hair on one of our bathroom towels! Also, around 2300, there were people slamming their room doors!
