Key card system and digital key system not working.
The girl at the check in desk, is preoccupied and can't handle and multi task two things at the same time, ugh. Didn't recognize me as a Diamond. Had to ask for two waters.

I WISH I COULD DO 0 stars, I stayed here on 09/27/25 and it was THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. I woke up covered in MORE THAN 50 BED BUG BITES ALL OVER MY STOMACH AND LEGS. The bites were so bad I had to get MEDICAL CARE immediately AND THROW AWAY ALL MY BELONGINGS in fear of bringing these disgusting bugs home. When I told the receptionist, she said, “We’ll send the maintenance guy to spray something”, and told me I couldn’t speak to anyone else because NO MANAGER WAS ON SITE. Seriously??
