The first issue was a toilet that not only overflowed but wouldn't stop running. We had to switch rooms. The 2nd room also had a wonky toilet (it would start filling the tank every 45 minutes but at least it would stop for 15 mins in between running). Then the door was extremely difficult to open.
The rooms were mid, the sink in our kitchen area was installed wrong , there was a hole in the wall, and no matter what the room was hot, the hallway was hotter, and I found myself sweating in the room and otw to the room, I had to go sit in my car most of the time to be comfortable, other than the lady who checked us in and the dude who relieved her everyone was pretty much passably rude like their irritated we chose their hotel and I know the breakfast closes at 10:00, but if it’s 9:50 and you see people trying to get food... read more
It was a good experience and I love it
Very friendly front desk. Lobby and rooms looked nice. Then i went to the room and there was no AC in the hallway. In june. In austin. No hot water at the sink. Had to run tub water for 5 full minutes before it was warm. Crack in bathroom floor. No vending machines so went to lobby and their fridge was broken and the water was hot. Will not stay sgain. .
