The hotel has Hampton Inn interior design which is very nice. However this particular one (Cedar Park - Lakeline) really needs some upgrade to make it match the Hampton name. The shower pan was old and yellow, the grout on tile floor was dirty, the tile floor was sticky, the sink drained very slowly, the juice machine in the breakfast area is not working properly - only one juice dispenser was working, the "hot water" pot and sometimes coffee pot are not kepted up - most of the time they are barely warm. 10 out of 10! The best part was the staff! Zowie and Jansen made our stay even more amazing! They both went above and beyond for us. I love Hilton brand hotels and will almost always choose one when I am traveling.
