Update::: I wrote my initial review 3 weeks ago. I want to take a moment to thank Jess, the manager at Hampton Inn in Amarillo, for how she handled our situation. When my daughter’s makeup bag went missing and we later discovered several items had been taken, Jess immediately took action, reviewed the cameras, and personally followed up with us. I've stayed at this Hampton a few times beautiful facility probably one of the nicer ones I've stayed at. Unfortunately the service I got this last Friday morning was extremely rude. Unfortunately I did not get her name. I had been waiting 45 minutes for a luggage cart. And had two heavy things left to take down. At that point I really needed to get on the road I asked the woman if she didn't think maybe they needed a few more luggage carts.
