This hotel is our top recommendation. We stayed here for two months after our home was damaged in a tornado in May. The staff's kindness and warmth were remarkable, making our extended stay feel like home, especially for our two children. Everyone was welcoming, accommodating, and made us feel loved and supported. We're thankful for their hospitality and although we're sad to leave, we're eager to move into a house until our home is repaired. We have stayed at this hotel twice, and had negative experiences both times. Our second, and most recent stay, we had specifically called the hotel directly and reserved two adjoining rooms because we were traveling with two small children. When we checked in, the attendant offered the family in front of us adjoining rooms and I said "we've reserved adjoining rooms, please don't give away ours." Once it was our turn to check in, we were told the "adjoining" rooms we had reserved were actually across the hall from each other ... read more
