The stay was great. Friendly staff. Nice rooms. Highly recommend staying at this hotel.
Hotel and third party booking site refusing to waive cancellation fees from a last minute cancellation that was advertised to not have cancellation fees. Car trouble couldnt be helped and didnt want to be stranded in the mountains. Wont stay here in the future if customer service this lacking.
The staff is very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and well appointed. Bed was overly firm but that is a personal preferance.

I had a wonderful experience at the Hampton Inn in Sevierville Tennessee. Everyone was nice and the employees literally cater to the customers. There was one employee that was very nice to me and my family her name was Jennie she was very productive and friendly she did a wonderful breakfast she made sure everything was hot and just made the experience unforgettable
We always get a good night of rest at Hampton. This Hampton is at a excellent location for our stay in the Smokies. Everyone there was friendly an the FREE breakfast as always is a plus. They do need to invest in a microwave for the pastries though. Also the timer was not working on the waffle maker & the toaster was broke so we had to smell lots of burnt toast. I think they can afford to replace these simple things for their paying customers. Other than that we enjoyed our stay & we'll be back.
This is a very welcoming and clean Hampton and the price was welcoming too!! It's in an excellent location close to I-40 and lots of restaurants.
