Beautiful Hotel and beautiful people too
We had several issue and the manager I spoke to did nothing about it. First we couldn’t figure out why the refrigerator wasn’t working and leaking... then they only have one elevator so we stood there as it was full 3 times and had to wait. It was also a wet mess from the pool into the elevator and my son slipped and fell. I found a wet floor sign and put it out. Our room floor had the bottom of my feet brown walking from the bed to the shower, and the bathroom door came off its track and left me locked in until my husband g... read more

The staff at Hampton Inn Sevierville are amazing! They are not just professional, they are compassionate, kind, loving human beings. My Granddaughter has Rett Syndrome, a severe disability. The staff bend over backwards to accommodate our needs. We go back because Maddie has fallen in love with them! Truly the most comfortable place physically and emotionally that we stay at!!!
We was well satisfied I recommend it as a good hotel to stay at and they have really good breakfast I have enjoyed staying at this hotel.
Great place to stay! Close to everything but not right in the middle off all the attractions. They had a wonderful staff and a great free breakfast . And the most important VERY clean!
