Great clean place to stay, employees were all kind and courteous.
Charged my card and i didnt stay there, had an emergency had to leave town. Because i made reservation with a bot, and i repeatedly said cancel cancel and they call was dropped. I have a 200.00 charge and because i made it online it can not be canceled. Drove by to talk to the manager, he was not in. The parking lot was full with customers. I always travel and stay at Hampton inn, but never will i step in the doors of a Hampton inn again. My husband is still in ICU, with cancer. Bad experience. Our initial room smelled badly like cat urine. They switched our rooms; but the second room also smelled bad. We stuck with it and just went to bed early and left as soon as possible the next morning. This is the second time we have had bad rooms at a Hampton Inn; so we won’t be staying at any Hampton Inns anymore. The staff were fine; no problems with them.
