I spent three months here and they treat you like family. The food is unbelievable and they even serve you dinner four nights a week. I will definitely return.
The staff was amazingly welcoming! From the personalized welcome text, the encouraging text as I drove through a downpour traveling to the hotel, to the unexpected hot dinner buffet. Everything was awesome. I have stayed at Hilton properties all over the world and am a HGV platinum level owner. This Hampton Inn has the most welcoming and friendly staff and environment I have ever found at a Hilton property. Please especially acknowledge Laura at the front desk on 7/8/25. She is FABTASTIC!!
Came to Rolla for an appointment. Chose to stay here due to location. Room was not very clean. Shower curtain looked old and moldy. Room also smelled musty like there was moisture in the room. Check in was great and check out. The hotel is old and outdated
