Great customer service! Staying here on Fourth of July and and my husband has PTSD, so Jackie at the front desk found us a great room facing away from the fireworks with a complimentary upgrade! We love the room, and it is much more relaxing than the last hotel we tried in Rock Hill. Can't wait for continental breakfast in the morning. We are definitely coming back!
